Shop at home
The showroom, brought to your front door
“Don’t have time to stop by our showroom? We can bring samples right to your front door.” That was the offer on the old site, and it stands.
Or call (615) 277-5678 — Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
Why choose a floor at home
A sample looks one way under showroom lights and another next to your cabinets, your paint and the window that faces west. Seeing it in the room it’s meant for takes the guesswork out, and so does putting it beside the floor in the next room that’s staying.
How a shop-at-home visit goes
Book a time by phone or with the form. Tell us the rooms and what you’re leaning toward — wood, luxury vinyl, carpet, tile or laminate — and the samples come with whoever visits. Lay them out, live with them for a minute, then pick, or don’t yet. The estimate that follows is in-home and, as the old site put it, free and no-obligation.
Who it suits
People who can’t get to Spring Hill, Trousdale Drive or College Grove during weekday hours, and anyone matching a new floor to one that’s staying. When Joe N. replaced a forty-year-old rec room carpet, he went to the store first, and David came out to the house to measure. Both ways end at the same place: the measure, then the install.
Questions
Shop at home, answered
What is shop at home flooring?
Flooring samples brought to your house instead of you going to the showroom. The old site put it plainly: “Don’t have time to stop by our showroom? We can bring samples right to your front door.” You choose in the room the floor is for, in its own light.
Which floors can I look at during a shop-at-home visit?
Any of the five the business sells: hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, carpet, tile and stone, and laminate. Say in the booking which ones you are leaning toward and how many rooms you are doing, so the right samples come with whoever visits.
How do I book shop at home?
Call (615) 277-5678 on a weekday between 9 and 5, or send the estimate form and ask for samples. Tell us the rooms and the floors you want to see. The Nashville showroom on (615) 371-1111 and College Grove on (615) 371-1112 can book it too.
Why pick flooring samples at home instead of in a store?
Because a sample looks different under showroom lights than beside your cabinets, your paint and a west-facing window. At home you can also lay it against the floor in the next room that is staying, which is where most mismatches show up.
Do you bring samples to Franklin and Brentwood?
Both towns are on the service list. Franklin’s nearest showroom is Spring Hill and Brentwood’s is Nashville, and either can book a visit to the house. The full list of fourteen towns, with the showroom closest to each, is on the service areas page.
